American Trading International, Inc (ATI) is currently seeking a Brand Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team by carrying out administrative duties related to all aspects of brand management including but not limited to information collection, organization, and smooth internal communication thereof. This position is a great fit for someone looking to get their career started in a professional environment with exposure to the international marketplace.
What you’ll do:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, BPM, Logistics, Finance) on delivery of accurate information across departments.
- Research each brand to identify key selling points and create beautifully crafted sell sheets to be distributed to ATI’s international list of customers in 80+ countries.
- Create promotional ideas befitting of these multitude of diverse customers and in alignment with each cultural values/tastes/trends.
- Retrieve and update existing portfolio of brands to ensure accurate pricing, export documentation, and other pertinent material crucial to the sales cycle.
- Maintain a healthy stock of samples to support the sales team.
- Participate in calls with manufacturers and conduct proper follow-ups internally.
- Conduct research on food trends/behavioral patterns and review uptick (or down) of sales total of each market and make recommendations on future potential items to onboard.
- Create, modify, and enhance presentation materials.
- Maintain/update manufacturer files on SharePoint to ensure solid organization.
- Maintain record of new incoming leads from variety of sources and designate the information transfer to the right region/salesperson.
What you’ll bring:

- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in marketing or any similar experience in international business, or hospitality industry.

- Impeccable organizational skills; written & oral communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people of diverse cultural backgrounds while handling difficult situations with grace and thoughtful leadership approach.
- Keen eye to point out problems before they occur.
- Proactive mind-set with willingness to help others.
- Must be competent in MS office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Outstanding ability with PowerPoint.
- Bilingual is a plus!
What you’ll be paid:
Commensurate with experience, you will be paid an hourly rate of $27.55 - $29.80.
