**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels

- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines
**Experience:**
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Experience in program design for individuals or groups
- Proficiency in personal training techniques and methodologies
- Ability to coach and motivate clients effectively
- Familiarity with gym equipment and group fitness instruction
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in sports coaching or physical education
- Background in nutrition and nutritional counseling
