Prime Connections is looking for an Entry Level Customer Consultant to join our team. Our consultants are the first point of contact to our customers and are expected to meet and exceed customer needs, all while creating a fun and memorable experience.
At Prime Connections, we ensure customer satisfaction everyday by providing excellent customer service and the highest level of professionalism. While working with customers, our consultants are responsible for educating customers on products and services, ongoing promotional offers, and conducting follow-ups as necessary to ensure long lasting relationships.
Job Duties:
- Update existing customer accounts and aid in new account set up
- Inform customers of any ongoing promotional offers
- Work with management to ensure proper customer support is being given
- Solve any customer disputes using conflict resolution
- Track all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with all customers in any setting
- Goal-oriented and driven to continuously improve
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Organized, punctual, and professional
This is an entry level position, so all training will be provided to ensure your success within this role. This position is full time, and first shift.
