Enzymedica is seeking a Director of Creative / Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team onsite in Venice, FL. We are seeking someone who’s resume demonstrates experience in brand marketing for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) in the Food Drug Mass (FDM) arena including developing creative campaigns for nationwide retailers. You will be responsible for launching successful campaigns and executing great messaging for instore / brick-and-mortar locations, eCommerce, social media, and other outlets. You will manage creatives, develop teams, and execute campaigns. This position requires someone onsite in Venice, FL so local candidates or those ready to move to beautiful Venice, FL, should apply. Any experience with wellness products is a plus.
As the Director of Creative Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative consumer campaigns that raise awareness of our products and enhance the overall brand presence. This role requires a passion for building brands, particularly in consumer-packaged goods, with an emphasis on better-for-you/wellness products.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking abilities and a proven track record of developing effective brand positioning strategies and achieving positive results in leading creative teams. The ideal candidate has a background in design / art direction, experience implementing creative processes, and is not afraid to get into the trenches and develop designs both personally and with in-house designers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or creative management, in consumer-packaged goods.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in Food, Drug, Mass (FDM).
· Experience developing creatives for retails such as Amazon, Publix, Target, and Whole Foods should be reflected on your resume.
· Proven track record of developing successful brand and product positioning strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
· Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing internal and external creative teams.
· Copywriting experience and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for building brands and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
· Bachelor's degree in design, art, marketing, business, or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop creative and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies and initiatives to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify key consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
· Develop and manage brand and product positioning, messaging, and tone of voice that resonate with the target audience.
· Oversee and manage internal and external creative teams, in tandem with an Art Director, including writers, designers, videographers, and more, to deliver compelling and effective marketing assets.
· Collaborate with the channel marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, events, and PR.
· Ensure brand guidelines are followed and maintained consistently throughout all marketing materials and campaigns.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to the internal and external creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
