- Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Process Purchase Orders and order entry.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
