What you get to do:
Welcome new Ambassadors to the team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves creating name tags, issuing Ambassador ID badges, and ensuring each Ambassador receives their uniforms and accessories with a warm welcome. You will also:

Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perks

Complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to Ambassadors

Receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system

Stock shelves and workstations

Distribute, exchange and replace Ambassador uniforms

Maintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, nametags, and ID cards
What it takes to succeed:

One or more years of customer service experience preferred

Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions

Scheduling flexibility, including availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

State driver’s license preferred

Ability to stand for entire shift

Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable with heights
