Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading and editing documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with project coordination and implementation as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front office receptionist or similar role required
- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for document management
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
