Xtrategist CPA firm in Marietta,GA is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide general support to management and office staff in the Tax, Audit, and Consulting departments, as well as day to day administrative support. Xtrategist provides a great opportunity to build your career.
Role
This role will be a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Greet and direct visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Manage client paperwork
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Manage office equipment (i.e.. printers, filing systems) and order new equipment as needed.
- Handle requests for information and data
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain client lists and status of work of each client.
Qualifications
- Excel, Word and Adobe PDF skills are a must
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping
- Fluent in Spanish
