SAP Ariba Functional Consultant – Organization Change Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The SAP Ariba Change Management Consultant is charged with customer focused delivery and Ariba organization change expertise . The Change Management Consultant is responsible for achieving sound, high quality deliverables on time and within budget. The Change Management Consultant has a wide experience in Change Management Strategy and execution. Change Management Consultants are focused on the rapid transformation of client organizations into world-class users of collaborative business commerce solutions, through innovative, high-quality, global Spend Management and Network Solutions that create sustainable bottom-line results. The Change Management Consultant understands the commercial aspects of an engagement and feels personally responsible for delivering a successful and profitable project to the customer. This consultant is part of an integrated team prepared to speak procurement chang management to a variety of customers from different departments, at different levels, and in large or small groups (e.g., client project manager, technical team).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Uses knowledge of customer’s business and industry to assess findings and shape solutions.
- Makes the client successful within the realm and scope of the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Influences the opinions and decisions of clients using understanding of client’s organizational processes and structure.
- Identifies and anticipates the requirements associated with a client business model.
- Guides customers through the OCM process to make decisions with full visibility into change management Best Practices.
- Identifies and escalates project issues.
- Demonstrates influence and personal authority adapting style to manage company or cultural differences.
- Shares expertise through training and communications with customers ensuring knowledge
transfer and the desired level of self-sufficiency is achieved.
- Defines Change Management Strategy
- Develop Communications Strategies and artifacts
- Define Adoption Readiness Strategy and plan
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Organizational Development
- Availability to travel outside your base 50 > 80%.
- A minimum of three (3) years consulting experience in systems change management
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced English language: written and Oral
EXPERT KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and organizational talent.
Ability to use PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions also).
- Excellent understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and
functions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLUS)
- Certification in SAP Ariba is a plus
- Industry focus is an asset (1-3 industries or sectors)
