Job Title: Client Services Manager
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, capable healthcare professional to manage and grow existing key client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for owning key client relationships, managing a remote team of experts and ensuring their performance, and analyzing and communicating issues and results. This role requires a strong analytical background, the flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time, confident communications, and the ability to oversee remote teams. The Client Service Manager will report to the Director of RCM.
Responsibilities:
- Identify challenges faced by customers and develop workable solutions to solve their challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between all ERCM teams.
- Attend and lead client meetings to explain results and drive performance improvements.
- Analyze, edit, and approve client reports, both internal and external deliverables.
- Lead or assist with new client/new project implementation.
- Ensure all RCM work is completed per the client’s requirements and with high customer satisfaction. Complete a monthly audit of your team’s worked accounts.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to HIPAA and Medicare Compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be speaking with physicians, patients, insurance representatives, and Company staff on a daily basis.
Strong customer service skills and service orientation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HCPCS, CPT, ICD10, CMS 1500 claim billing.
3+ years of experience in account management within healthcare.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
