The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent is responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the end of day. Your smile is required!
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
- Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
- Maintains accurate records, reservation data entry, and property walks.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
- Ensures all public and common areas are maintained and cleaned
- Knowledge of the area preferred
- Submit End of Day, as assigned
We are open 24/7 so nights and weekends are required.
Must have dependable transportation, computer skills and great attendance!
Pay premium for those with IHG or Opera experience but we are happy to train the right person!
Shifts Available: 11p-7am / Part time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
