POSITION PURPOSE
New student enrollments is the lifeblood of our business and must be handled with diligence, thoroughness and professionalism while ensuring all of our students and their families feel like they are part of a family. The Enrollment Coordinator is directly responsible for the enrollment process and is the first person that prospective students, enrolled students and families interact with. As such, they are responsible for setting the high standard of service all students and families are expected to receive. The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for being the primary point of contact for prospects, students and families.
OVERVIEW of ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To acquire and retain students for our instructional programs, provide five-star customer service, handle new sales and schedule renewals, perform retail sales operation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome all students and pre-frame them for a great class. Make EVERY student feel important EVERY day.
2. Answer incoming calls
3. Take all walk-ins on tour
4. Conduct private evaluations
5. Conduct enrollment conferences
6. Conduct progress checks
7. Conduct Upgrade conferences
8. Follow up with Leads and Prospects
9. Handle challenges and complaints with honesty and integrity
10. Prep and confirm appointments
11. Student retention activities
12. Update daily metrics
13. Handle retail sales
14. Update computer and student management systems
15. Prepare and maintain prospect folders and enrollment paperwork
16. Maintain clean work area
17. All other tasks and duties as assigned.
STANDARDS/BEHAVIOR INHERENT IN THE POSITION
1. Enrollment Coordinator is considered a part-time employee. As a part-time employee, you are not eligible for benefits offered by the company that may include medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, except as granted on occasion, or to the extent required by provision of state and federal laws. Part-time employees are eligible for the company 401K and employer match after 6 months of employment.
2. The Enrollment Coordinator is expected to maintain a consistent work schedule as set forth by their direct supervisor and is expected to be ready to begin work no later than the expected time. It is expected that the Enrollment Coordinator will be present during class times which typically ranges from 3:30 – 8:30pm Monday through Friday. Tardiness is not tolerated and may be subject to disciplinary action.
3. In addition to normal working hours Enrollment Coordinators will be expected to attend special events specific to their role. This includes but is not limited to team meetings, one-on-one meetings, training opportunities, community events and seminars. Exceptions to be approved by owner.
4. The Enrollment Coordinator sets the pace for the office staff and all new students; peak mental, physical and emotional wellbeing are required.
5. Appropriate attire: Slacks, Jeans with no tears, or appropriate athletic wear with Family Kicks logo shirt, Family Kicks sweatshirt, or full uniform.
6. All team members – parking close to school entrance is reserved for our students and their families.
7. Treat all team members with the same level of respect due our best student.
8. All duties to be performed from the school location, this is not a virtual position.
9. Free training is offered for the employee during teen/adult classes when workload allows. Discounted training for immediate family members.
10. Employee discount on retail items offered through the school store.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
