Smash Park, a leading eatertainment brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will report to the venue's General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, including food and beverage, events, activities, and customer service. You will work with a team of managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and promote Smash Park’s High Five FUNdamentals: Engage with the Guests, Smile and Be Nice, Win as a Team, Sweat the Details and Have Fun
● Cultivate and foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organization
● Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage, events, activities, and customer service
● Supervise and evaluate employees to ensure accountability and high performance
● Train, and mentor employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences
● Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor regulations, as well as quality standards
● Monitor operational costs and identify ways to reduce waste and improve profitability
● Implement policies and protocols to maintain and improve operational efficiency
● Help execute public and private events to promote the Smash Park brand
● Continuously review and improve the customer experience, from product quality to service delivery
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in hospitality management, including food and beverage, events, and activities
● Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
● Strong financial management and analytical skills
● Experience with restaurant management software and accounting software
● Knowledge of food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards
● Ability to work in an active, fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
