Job Description: Our job is to enable our clients to Age In Place in their homes by assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) which include: Personal Care (assisting the clients with bathing, dressing, peri-care, incontinence care), transfers, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Additionally, ability to provide transportation for shopping, and doctor appointments
We monitor and record factual, observational notes of our clients' conditions or changes in their mental/physical baseline and behaviors
Job Duties:
· Companionship
· Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
· Medication Reminders
· Personal Care
· Mobility Assistance
· Transportation for errands/appointments
· Support Home Health, including Hospice palliative/comfort care
· Take accurate, observational, daily notes, of client’s activities and baseline conditions
Benefits:
· $19/hr to start
· $525/day for Live-in 24-hour care
· Additional $1.50/hr weekend coverage
· $25/hr Nursing Pool shifts coverage (temporary staffing at a community)
· Urgent coverage incentives
· 7 holidays, time and a half paid, if worked
· On the Job Training, with assistance through online courses, and hands on skills training to obtain a Washington State Certification, HCA (Home Care Aid)
· Mileage reimbursement for transportation of client when using own vehicle ($.75/mile)
· $100 Bonus to Caregiver of the Month
· Flexible Schedules (FT/PT/Overnights/Live-ins)
· Offer of Cooperative Membership buy-in at 6 months

Skills & Qualifications:
· Dependability with an Ownership outlook and attitude
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· MUST have a driver's license and reliable transportation
· Flexible availability for one weekend a month
· Earn points towards Caregiver of the Month by working all your scheduled shifts, taking, and maintaining up-to-date client’ care notes, Clock-ins/Clock-outs as scheduled, responsive communication with Care Manager/Care Lead
· Extra points can be earned for Caregiver of the Month by taking additional urgent shifts coverage
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
