In this essential and prominent role, the Marketing and ECommerce Generalist will help shape the success of our brands, product launches, and marketing strategies, amplifying the impact of our marketing efforts to align with our corporate goals. Collaborating closely with marketing, product development and sales teams, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and optimizing digital platforms to effectively promote and sell our products.
What You'll Do:
Optimize and Maintain Website & B2B Portal (20%) Serve as primary web editor and production manager for all website content. Measure, analyze, identify insights, and communicate website performance KPIs. Lead efforts to optimize the B2B shopping experience to increase engagement and drive sales.
Drive Online Sales (30%) Generate B2B demand and sales through engaging email campaigns and dealer portal optimization initiatives. Create and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including email drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and triggered responses. Utilize dynamic content and personalization to enhance engagement. Monitor and analyze marketing automation performance metrics through existing Netsuite tools and explore other creative options.
Create Engaging Content (30%) Write captivating product descriptions and email campaigns, as well as design creative marketing assets for web, email, and other marketing assets that resonate with audiences.
Master Video Marketing (10%) Develop and produce high-quality explainer videos, customer testimonials, and other video content that educate and inspire viewers. Video production experience, from concept development to editing and publishing, is a plus. Created a broad array of content (short-form, long-form, videos, webinars, etc.)
Create Appealing Photography (10%) Take high-quality product, lifestyle and event-related photos. Should be able to style and shoot on their own, and work with our in-house equipment. Edit and retouch photos using Adobe suite.
In General, Candidates Should Have:
- Ability to analyze and identify insights from several data sources to make decisions.
- Strong graphic design and copywriting skills and experience building high-converting B2B site and email campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including messaging, positioning, and segmentation.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Ability to create all aspects of marketing materials (graphic design and copy) and impressive portfolio to share.
- Video production experience, from concept development to editing and publishing, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while thriving in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Video and Photo production
- Creative innovator who stays up to date on current marketing trends
- Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality and able to take assignments and run with them
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency using project management tools
- High attention to detail is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Plus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress Business Plan
- NetSuite SuiteCommerce experience is highly valued
- Travel up to 10%
