The Problems You’ll Solve
The Communications Coordinator will coordinate external and internal communications, including
digital community support, content, and digital engagement tactics for NYC Service while working
across several departments made up of approximately 25 staff to contribute to the agency’s overall
communications and marketing strategy. This position reports into the Chief of Staff and
Communications. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for details, interest in digital engagement,
and upbeat attitude that carries into the NYC Service digital voice.
