Manages day-to-day practice operations, including provider and staff schedules.
Responsible for completing and submitting the GPRA to the New Hampshire SOR department
Responsible for completing and submitting new patient information as needed to report to the New Hampshire SOR department, as well as any other required reporting
May be directly involved or may need to facilitate community outreach services to help patients in need of shelter, food, inpatient treatment, transportation
Will attend required State meetings virtually or in person when these meetings are made available Responsible to outreach and build relationships with community services such as, but not limited to, the police
department, the corrections department, the Town Select Board, School districts, emergency departments, primary
care offices, other healthcare entities, and any other entity that may improve the goals of the Doorway program May be required to develop presentations and perform public speaking to relevant audiences
Able to professionally and respectfully deescalate emotional situations that may arise among patients while maintaining sight of the goal to help the patient
Must abide by the CFR 42 Part B enhanced rights to privacy
Able to commit to a routine work schedule 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day Oversees daily patient flow in and out of the practice is smooth and efficient.
Works closely with the Service Line Director to ensure compliance with documentation, billing, coding, and other related administrative functions
Provides input to the Service Line Director to develop annual budget and business plans. Responsible for placing orders relating to office and medical supplies
Participates in for the planning, organization, implementation and reporting of regular staff meetings and provider meetings to assure consistent communication is relayed to all. Facilitates team building and staff motivation as well as departmental and administrative goals.
Serves as a key communication link between providers and Service Line Director. Maintains compliance with CMS regulations and implements recommendations
Performs other miscellaneous management projects and necessary functions within the practice as needed.

SUPERVISES: Physicians, Providers, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Certified Support Recovery Worker, Front Office and Clinical Practice Staff
