Full Time position Monday to Friday 8-4, Required to work one Saturday a month 9-3 and will receive day off that week or following.
- Scheduling maintenance department appointments/ process payments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Filing
- UPS shipping for small items
- Invoicing orders for phone and online orders
- Sales of Hot tubs and accessories
- Collect customer payments
- Responsible for ordering of chemicals
- Eventually sell Hot tubs
High School diploma required
1-2 minimum Office experience
