Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Operations Manager / Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of dispatching orders, managing our couriers, and ensuring seamless client communications. Your efforts will be crucial in guaranteeing the successful fulfillment of every order placed by our clients. This position is vital for shaping the future of carGO Health, demanding a strategic thinker with an ownership mentality and exceptional skills in dispatching and driver management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overall Operational Management:
o Assume complete ownership of day-to-day operations.
o Oversee daily business operations for smooth and efficient functioning.
o Proactively solve operational issues and make critical decisions.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
· Dispatching and Order Management:
o Lead and manage dispatching operations.
o Assign orders to drivers for timely and accurate deliveries.
o Ensure adherence to delivery protocols and manage order completion.
· Fleet & Driver Management:
o Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of drivers.
o Monitor driver performance and manage schedules for optimal coverage.
o Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
· Client Relationships and Management:
o Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships.
o Implement client feedback to improve service quality.
· Accountability and Responsibility:
o Maintain responsibility for company operations at all times.
o Approach the role with an ownership mentality, driving company success.
o Demonstrate proactive leadership and accountability for company performance.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in operations management and dispatching, preferably in logistics or a related field.
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
