```Duties```
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with information about the property
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and collecting necessary documentation
- Conduct background checks and verify income to determine applicant eligibility
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are signed by both parties
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and documenting any damages
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident information, and rental payments
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with residents or prospective tenants
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to potential tenants
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite for data entry and record keeping
- Basic understanding of property maintenance processes and ability to coordinate repairs
