Bi-Lingual English and Spanish Field Technical Support / Trainer and personal skills (Brooklyn, Bensonhurst)

OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing technical support to end-users of Computer/POS systems onsite in restaurants
Full-Time 40hr/week position, with occasional room for overtime.
Salary $55,000
Medical Insurance coverage
2 weeks paid vacation
Year-end performance based bonus
$3,600 Annual Bonus distributed quarterly based on performance
MUST HAVE a reliable car to get onsite to customers. Gas, tolls, and parking are paid by the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Outcalls to customer locations: Provide training for restaurant owners, staff
· Outcalls to customer locations: perform POS installations in the restaurants including setup, network configuration, receipt printer installation, POS Software configuration, limited repair/replacement of hardware
Outcalls to customer locations:
· Phone/Internet based technical support of Computer/POS (Point of Sale) systems from our office including providing support to customers, troubleshooting of network, all-in-one computers, receipt printers, POS software, reporting, etc
· Smart Data Entry: Program the restaurants' menus into Aldelo program
· Variety of tasks around the office including but not limited to preparing POS systems for installations, repairing systems, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Car is REQUIRED for this position. Gas, tolls, and parking are paid by the company
· Strong computer knowledge including computer Hardware, Windows 7/10, Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, Ping, etc)
· Basic knowledge of variety of computer programs: MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
· Ability to patiently and politely troubleshoot problems with end-user.
· Ability to learn fast
· No knowledge of POS software required. Training will be provided.
· Must be a team player
· Strong focus on accuracy and ability to work with detail
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Legal status in US is required
EXPERIENCE
· Prior experience in computer repair, network troubleshooting is required
· Experience in telephone computer support preferred but not required.
