Summary
McAdam seeks a service-minded Client Relationship Associate to support the Firm’s Company Based Marketing (CBM) initiative by creating capacity for Vice Presidents to drive CBM client acquisitions. This role is integral in helping Vice Presidents with meeting prep, scheduling, client communications, and post-meeting work. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, adaptable, energetic, and possess excellent customer service skills with at least five years of experience in the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Series 65 and LAH licenses are strongly preferred
- Participation in 50+ career sales meetings, preferably advisory-related
- Five years or more in the finance industry, preferably in advisory

Responsibilities
- Attend L10s with the Vice President and other internal meetings (Group L10s with Leader)
- Attend implementation and closing meetings with the Vice President
- Confirm follow-up meetings with clients post-initial meeting
- Execute all post-meeting touch points with clients including rescheduling, sending follow-up emails, collecting data, statements, forms, and other necessary paperwork
- Regularly prepare for cases and meetings with the Vice President
- Communicate with the Paraplanner and Operations Teams for revenue push
- Own the client communications side of revenue push
- Prepare data, closing materials, slide decks, and use MoneyGuidePro to assist in solving cases
- Conduct compliance approval for deliverables
- Administer paperwork during closing meetings
- Manage the Vice President’s calendar
- Track sales and scorecard for the Vice President
- Resolve IDS conversions and sales issues with the Senior Vice President and Team Lead
- Attend meetings with wholesalers as needed
- Engage with Advisors Excel, wholesalers, and other partners as necessary
