We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our property management company as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations as well as recommending subcontractors for serious infrastructural projects. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and heating. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property management and maintenance, along with reliable transportation to the office. However we will train the right candidate for the role.

Job Overview
This position is for our maintenance technician role. You would be required to perform the following job duties.
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
- Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems
- Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
- Conduct excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and owners
- Ensure paperwork is filled out correctly and on time
- Follow safe driving practices while operating company vehicles
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Vocational or trade school certification preferred(But not required)
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems (Will train right candidate)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
- Basic hand tools are required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
