- Must have 1 plus years high volume, upscale, management experience with a background in Italian cuisine.

- Take control to quickly resolve any issues or problems that arise in the kitchen

- Ability to manage and lead a large team of employees

- Collaborative attitude with an emphasis on excellent customer service

- Must have a proven track record of leading others
- Should have extensive experience managing a kitchen
- Minimum of high school diploma. candidates with culinary degrees will be given preference
