HunterLab is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team who would handle the West Coast Region.
Location: The territory for this role comprises of Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada.
As a member of the Sales Team, the Technical Sales Representative serves as a senior territory outside sales representative using consultative selling skills to:
- Strengthen customer relationships
- Build the sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth
- Develop new business.
This position qualifies leads through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, creates contracts, manages on-site training, and provides on-going technical support.
The Technical Sales Representative is also part of a high-performing, results-driven sales team that collaborates with technical service, marketing, customer service, shipping, and manufacturing to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction. They will assist Sales Leadership with major accounts and assist with sales training of new Associates to develop sales skills that improve performance. Represents HunterLab at conventions and tradeshows to communicate the customer value proposition.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communications, or marketing.
- 5-7 years of relevant capital sales experience.
- MS Office/PC skills required.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ERP, and Call Desk documenting system highly preferred.
