THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Houston Texas Region. This full-time position is based in Houston, Texas.
What you’ll do as a Regional Marketing Manager:

Act as a THERAPY 2000 ambassador throughout the region by engaging the medical community and shining a spotlight on the compassionate, quality services delivered by our expert clinicians.

Recruit, train and manage performance of healthcare marketing and recruiting professionals within the region.

In partnership with the Divisional Director and Director of Marketing, develop strategic marketing and recruiting plan within the region.

In partnership with Divisional Director and Director of Marketing, set and track progress of marketing and recruiting goals throughout the region

Cultivate and maintain your own relationships with referral sources such as physician offices, foster care agencies, peer providers, etc., conducting targeted marketing efforts based on therapist availability and targeted recruiting efforts based on referral availability.

Develop and enhance THERAPY 2000’s reputation by participating in industry and community events.

Recruit, train and manage performance of healthcare marketing professionals.
What you’ll need:

Must have familiarity with the Houston pediatric medical community.

2 or more years of sales team management
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.

Critical and analytical thinking skills for making data-driven decisions.

Previous healthcare marketing or recruiting experience.

Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, printer, web browser).
Bonus points for:

3 years combined experience in outside healthcare sales and/or recruiting.

Licensed healthcare professionals or assistants (RN, LMSW, SLP, PT, OT, SLP-Assistant, etc.).

Previous experience in pediatric home health.

Experience with/knowledge of Texas Medicaid.
