Clinical Therapist Role:
The Stratford Clinic is looking for an experienced and compassionate therapist to join our team! This person will be a key member of our clinical team and will need to embody the core values of The Stratford Clinic. This Clinical Therapist will develop treatment goals, care plans, conduct therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrist teammate(s) as needed for their patients.
Responsibilities:
· Develops a positive, trusting relationship with patients
· Mental health problems are diagnosed and treated by this specialist
· Individualizes treatment regimens based on the requirements and circumstances of the patient
· Meets with patients on a frequent basis to give counseling, treatment, and to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
· Assesses the progress of patients on a regular basis
· When appropriate, involves and advises family members
· When necessary, refer patients to outside specialists or agencies
· Keeps meticulous notes of all patient meetings and progress
· Maintains client confidentiality while adhering to all safety regulations
· As needed, contribute to the practice by doing related activities such as marketing, community outreach/engagement, etc.
· Attend and actively participate in clinic meetings and events
Qualifications:
· Minimum Master’s Degree in a clinical Behavioral Health Science field (e.g., clinical psychology, professional counseling, social work, individual, marriage and family therapy, or related field)
· Current licensed practitioner in the state of Colorado (including LPCC, LCSW, LMFT), we are currently offering supervision for LSWs
· 2+ years clinical experience
· Understanding of evidence-based clinical treatment methods
· Previous experience working with adults
· Strong work ethic, integrity, positive attitude
· Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
· Professionalism internally and externally
· Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
· Ability to build rapport quickly
· Ability to receive and readily adapt to constructive feedback
Work Hours & Benefits:
This position offers a very competitive salary, an excellent benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k), bonus potential and a relatively flexible schedule.
Most of the work will be in-office with a potential for virtual health appointments depending on patients’ preferences.
