The primary function of the Human Resource Representative position is to support the Human Resources Department of CrossCheck and subsidiary company Optio Solutions as needed in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to the following:
- Performing benefits, timekeeping and payroll functions
- Maintaining Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Knowledge of labor laws pertaining to the business
- Backup Front Desk/Reception and Security System (AMAG)
- Backup Recruiting with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
This is a part time position (M-F, 5 hrs/day) and reports to the Human Resources Director.
Education/Experience Required to Perform the Job
- Minimum 1 year HR experience in a professional HR environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Prior experience with Paycom HRIS a plus
