The Gonzalez Insurance Group is hiring for licensed sales producer to join our growing team.
Primary duties and responsibilities include cross-selling existing customers, as well as new business development. The Ideal candidate is money and goal motivated and comfortable closing business via telephone.
Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Required Core Competencies.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
- General Lines Property & Casualty license REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Bilingual a big plus
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Total compensation package varies, based on experience level and the performance-based commissions/bonuses. Variance range: 30K-70K plus.
Our location screens customers before allowing them to enter office. We communicate with them through an intercom system. We will continue to operate this way until we feel that it is safe for our employees to operate normally.
