A global manufacturer specializing in corrosion-resistant fiberglass blowers, centrifugal mag drive pumps, and environmental equipment, with HQ, Japan, seeks an Account Manager (Inside Sales) for the Houston, TX location.

Customer Experience: Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, managing order processing, support, and quotations.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and internal teams to achieve sales targets and optimize closing ratios.

Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide technical information, and manage communications regarding lead times, transport, and quality issues.

Quotations & Orders: Prepare and follow up on quotations, secure orders, and analyze data trends.

Process Improvement: Participate in improving internal processes to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.

Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and manage customer complaints and returns.

Travel: Occasional travel for trade shows or industry events.

Experience: Minimum of four years in customer service or sales, preferably in manufacturing.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering background a plus.

Skills: Strong technical sales and customer service skills, ability to interpret technical documents, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with rotating equipment, web design, SEO, PPC, and online marketing is advantageous.

Customer Relations: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries and complaints.
