Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in shift management, fine dining, team leadership, and customer service.
Duties:
- Plan and execute catering events from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to customize menus and meet their needs
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and service standards
- Oversee bartending services and coffee stations
- Handle cash transactions and utilize the Toast system for order processing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling and Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
