Tara Hospitality is seeking a creative and forward- thinking Food and Beverage Director to join the opening team of our newly constructed dual-brand Canopy and Homewood Suites Hotels in the Downtown Nashville Gulch area.
Essential Job Functions:

Direct the Banquet and Outlet functions of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

Interview, hire, supervise, and counsel associates to ensure efficient operations in the Food and Beverage department.

Provide clear direction to staff, ensuring alignment with Tara Hospitality and Hilton brand standards and policies.

Perform evaluations, resolve issues, and provide open communication with associates.

Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and service quality on a daily basis.

Handle associate issues in conjunction with People & Culture following Tara Hospitality policies.
Experience and Qualifications:

Three-Five years senior leadership experience as a Food and Beverage Director required.

Hilton experience preferred.

Keen eye for detail and the ability to create great experiences for team & guests alike.

Manager Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance.

Fluency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
