As the Restorative Director at Meadowbrook manor, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation department, overseeing and coordinating restorative care programs for our patients. This role is vital to the recovery process, as it focuses on enhancing the physical and functional abilities of individuals, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Develop and implement restorative care programs tailored to the specific needs of each patient, in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
Assessment and Planning: Assess the physical and functional abilities of patients and create individualized care plans, setting achievable goals and benchmarks for recovery.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of restorative aides, therapists, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest quality of care.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the restorative care process, goals, and expectations, as well as techniques for home exercise and self-care.
Monitoring Progress: Continuously assess and track the progress of patients, adjusting care plans and interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting their progress and any changes in their condition.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in restorative care, seeking opportunities for improvement.
Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including equipment, supplies, and personnel, to support the delivery of high-quality restorative care services.
Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and innovations in restorative care and contribute to the development of new approaches and techniques.
Qualifications:
- RN license .
- Proven experience in restorative care or rehabilitation services.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to patient-centered care and a strong passion for helping individuals regain their independence.
- Healthcare Software experience required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
