- Perform daily bank deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Follow directions meticulously and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation for daily bank deposits.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in immigration law or related field (a huge plus but not required).
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
