VP of Marketing (Aftermarket Products)
Position Overview: As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance market positioning. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media to increase online presence and customer engagement.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management to drive product launches, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Marketing Communications: Manage external and internal communications strategies, including PR, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Market Research and Customer Insights: Utilize market research and customer data to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with 7+ years in senior leadership positions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Automoticve or Supply Chain is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $152,808.00 - $200,000.00 per year
