Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager with experience in Healthcare to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, training and development, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other leave policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management; Healthcare experience required
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in conflict management and resolution
- Experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems (Oracle, Paycom, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
