We are looking for well rounded, career minded individuals with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work well as a team member and you are self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities, monitor progress and able to react to changing circumstances.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our growing facility is in need of an Office Assistant. We are actively seeking an individual to enhance our Office Assistant position for our waste and recycling facility. This position will work closely with the management team in achieving our daily goals and duties.

DAILY OBJECTIVES:

Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
Take clear & concise messages when personal are not available to accept calls
Utilize computer skills to assist with data entry and document management
Support office management with tasks such as filing and clerical duties
Assist with various projects, to include, training video setup, operation and process manual development and onboarding new employees
Use organizational skills to maintain office and to keep the workspace tidy
Process U-Haul & storage facility rentals
