Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and managing strong partnerships with system integrators and digital agencies to implement, refer, and manage VIVAHR’s solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic business plans with partners, driving revenue through enablement, marketing, sales, use case development, and deployment. This role is pivotal in leading the go-to-market strategy on partner accelerators and supporting team efforts in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including system integrators and digital agencies, to expand our market reach.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships, understanding their needs and business drivers.

Collaborate with partners to create strategic business plans that drive revenue and mutual success.

Lead and manage all aspects of partner accelerators, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and sales support.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop partner marketing strategies and tools.

Drive the achievement of sales quotas through effective channel sales management and support.

Leverage your well-established industry presence and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Provide regular feedback to the product and executive teams on market needs and opportunities
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience managing a channel sales team.

Quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales, with a focus on software or SaaS, for at least 2 years.

A background in Commerce or Marketing or technology companies, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.

Marketing background is considered a strong advantage.

Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network to leverage.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build mutual trust.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable plans
